Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via email with your order details and reason for cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7-Day Return Policy (if applicable)
We offer a 7-day return policy from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact Customer Support within 2 hours of delivery. Please provide your order details along with a description or photos of the defect/damage. After review, we’ll provide return authorization if applicable.

Inspection & Refund/Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund or exchange based on eligibility.
