At She Vibes, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand the process better.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
During high season and sales, delivery might take longer.
We also offer express delivery (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 19:30 from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays).
Customs & Import Duties
Your package may be subject to customs fees and import duties based on the destination country’s regulations. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. She Vibes cannot determine these fees at checkout.
In most cases, standard delivery takes 10-15 business days. We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS, with the package handed over to your local postal service upon arrival in your country. Delivery times vary depending on your local postal service’s efficiency.
Please do not refuse the package due to customs or tax charges upon delivery. If customs fees are not paid, the package cannot be returned to us and will be abandoned. In such cases, we cannot offer a refund.
Address Issues & Non-Deliverable Orders
For orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship your order, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Tracking Your Order
Each order will be processed within 2-5 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. You will receive an automatic tracking code via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update.
